Routine Inspections – All our properties are inspected on a regular basis to ensure that the common areas and tenant suites are being well maintained by our vendors.These regular visits allow us to be proactive in addressing most issues before they become emergencies.  Our detailed monthly report keeps you updated on our findings.

Accounting and Financial ReportingHighland Management provides our property owners with numerous reports including tenant rental payment history, cash flow, check registers, monthly reforecast reports, cash journal, property history, and financial statements including monthly variance reports.  We also prepare and collect annual CAM reconciliations in accordance with all tenant leases. Our experts prepare the annual business plan and budget preparation.

Maintenance Coordination – In addition to saving you time and money through our management services, Highland Management provides high quality and timely maintenance on your property.  Our preferred vendor relationships will save you time and money as well as ensure that the repairs are done in professional manner.  In order to protect your property and ensure that your tenants needs are addressed, our managers are available 24-hours a day, 7 days a week.

Rent Collections – Our collection processes are professional but tough and we are very diligent in collecting your rent in a timely manner.  We set the expectation early on so that the tenants understand that their rent must be paid on time. 

Complete Eviction and Possession Services – We follow proven and standard practices when it comes to collecting rent.  However, in the event a tenant can no longer meet his rental obligation, we will handle the eviction process swiftly.  Our staff is knowledgeable in state and local Landlord and Tenant laws.  If rents are not paid on time, we initiate the legal steps necessary.
